Beyond is a unique and distinctive magazine for extreme sports lovers with their debut issue to celebrate all female skateboarders across the globe.
The challenge is I have limited image resources, and I wanted this magazine to stand out from other extreme sports magazines.
My approach is to combine illustrations and photography. I am using a vibrant colour palette to celebrate their achievement and give their statement. The lines are a metaphor for the movement of riding skate and the progression of all-female skaters in the skateboard scene.
